Venue: Lake Garden

This was my 2nd time shooting couple series. Thanks to Vincent and Jessie for giving me the chance. I have asked Chee Wah to join me along. During the planning stage, Vincent suggested to go to a garden at an apartment at Setapak for shooting. Since I have not been there before so I decided to go back to the same place where I'm more familiar with - Lake Garden.

Previous session was a nightmare - heavy rain early in the morning. This time I prayed so hard to break the curse. Luckily it only drizzled a little and stopped right away. Lucky us. Here are some of my photos...

And here are a few shots by Vincent himself. Thank you for the nice photo :) I'm as supportive as ever, wearing a Canon t-shirt out for shooting session.

We met quite a few other photographers that we knew through forums. Some of them were sauping82, gan, VV etc. Besides Chee Wah and me, there were another 2 sessions going on here in lake garden. Also there were 2 pre wedding sessions that we saw - 1 Indian pair and 1 Malay pair.

We shot from 9am till around 12.30pm. I was totally exhausted due to insufficient rest but still happy that I got to shoot such lovely couple. Again thank you very much to Vincent and Jessie for the lovely time.

Venue: Kuala Lumpur KTM Station & Lake Garden

Date: 19 September 2009

This was a new challenge for myself for trying out something new - Couple photoshooting. This was something that I haven't done before. Further to that, lacking the experience in relationship seems like a big obstacle as well in shooting this series.

This was the 2nd time I've asked Li Jun out for photoshooting. She was the one who proposed this theme and asked Rroy, her good friend to be her partner. Rroy's a good looking young chap, with 0 experience in photoshooting but I am sure that he would do good in future after we have finished this session.

The initial plan was to shoot at Lake Garden but it was raining in the morning so we had to change location. Nearby to Lake Garden, KTM station seems to be a good indoor shooting location, though I've only seen photos of others there and not being there before. For some reason I wanted a more sentimental type of photos. It might not seem like a very happy series but I'm happy with the results.

Was at the KTM station shooting with Chee Wah for almost an hour and we noticed that the rain has stopped. We then decided to carry on the shooting at our original location - Lake Garden. Vincent Pang (www.vincentpang.ws) joined us soon after we started shooting. This time it wasn't only sentimental photos, I basically shot without any themes, taking photos which I thought was good.
